Bradley P. Brooks
Brad Brooks is the Founder and Principal of Sidford Capital LLC, a commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate properties that was founded in 2001. Mr. Brooks has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Brooks is intimately involved in all facets of the firm’s activities including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, asset/property management, construction management, and dispositions of the firm’s assets.
Mr. Brooks received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in finance and marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He began his professional career at Marcus & Millichap of Denver as a commercial investment broker. Mr. Brooks continued his real estate experience at Sevo Miller Inc. where he brokered investment properties and expanded into property leasing and mortgage banking. Brad is a 4th generation native to Colorado.
Andrew P. Wolf
Andy Wolf joined Sidford Capital LLC in 2012. Mr. Wolf oversees the asset management of the company’s portfolio including the development and execution of value added asset strategies, review of acquisitions, dispositions, placement of debt financing, and the evaluation of asset performance against budget and relevant benchmarks. Additional responsibilities include management of tenant and vendor relationships and agreements as well as administration of tenant improvements.
Mr. Wolf received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Sidford Capital LLC, Mr. Wolf served as Vice President for JCR Capital, a private real estate finance company where he helped originate, underwrite, and close over $60M worth of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to JCR, Mr. Wolf worked in both commercial real estate and structured finance.
Director of Leasing
Blake Kahlich serves as the Director of Leasing for Sidford Capital LLC. Mr. Kahlich is responsible for the sourcing and execution of the firms’ leasing strategy. Mr. Kahlich creates leasing opportunities through market knowledge and personal tenant relationships. In addition to leasing, Mr. Kahlich creates and maintains a detailed portfolio consisting of competing properties, market rental rates, and market operating expenses.
Ralph Willis provides in-house general contracting services for all Sidford Capital LLC tenant finish, capital improvements, and development projects. Mr. Willis began building high-end residential construction in 1971 and has continued to construct residential and commercial real estate for forty plus years. Mr. Willis works exclusively for Sidford Capital which creates efficiencies with tenant improvement projects. With a wide array of knowledge of all aspects of construction of real estate and experience working with local municipalities, both construction and operating expenses are performed at industry minimums. Mr. Willis also assists in property acquisition inspections.
Cindy Murphy joined Sidford Capital LLC in 2005 and is responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within property management accounting. Mrs. Murphy is also responsible for managing rent roll, rent payments, vendor invoicing, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance.
Mrs. Murphy attended Oklahoma State University and studied home economics. A native of Oklahoma, Mrs. Murphy has lived in Colorado for over 26 years. Prior to joining Sidford Capital LLC, Mrs. Murphy worked at Sebern & Matthews Accounting Firm working in all aspects of the firm.
Asset Management Analyst
Dylan Hall joined Sidford Capital in 2015. Mr. Hall is responsible for asset management, marketing, due diligence, and underwriting of new acquisitions.
Mr. Hall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to joining Sidford Capital, Mr. Hall served as a Development Associate for Verdad Real Estate in Denver sourcing acquisition opportunities, evaluating economic feasibility of projects, and creating marketing packages.
Andrew joined Sidford Capital/Prime Management in February of 2017. Mr. Lay is responsible for asset management, leasing, marketing, due diligence and financial analysis of current assets and new acquisitions.
Mr. Lay graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and International Business. Prior to joining Sidford Capital/Prime Management, Andrew was the Offensive Coordinator for the Amherst College Men’s Lacrosse Team, in Massachusetts. While coaching, Andrew was responsible for the management of the team budget and finances, team fundraising, national recruiting, and an assistant member for the National Academic All-American committee.
